Peterson Manufacturing is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryan Dempsey to the position of VP of Engineering. Dempsey joined Peterson in March 2023 and has proven to be an invaluable resource during this time. In his new position, he will establish and implement the strategic direction of the company’s engineering and development initiatives, oversee the fulfillment of the Peterson product vision, and promote an environment of creativity, innovation, and efficiency.
Prior to his time at Peterson, Dempsey worked for FedEx as the Senior Manager of Fleet Maintenance and Hormann Flexon as the Manufacturing Sales Engineer, utilizing his engineering background in both positions. His prior experience in manufacturing, product design, and technical solutions, along with his extensive leadership skills will serve him well in his new role as he continues to support and continue Peterson’s legacy of supplying the trucking and intermodal industries with the most innovative product solutions on the market.
“In today’s environment, our customer’s needs are constantly changing. At Peterson, we believe that one of the best ways to understand those needs is to have someone working with our customers who knows first-hand about their pain points and just how important it is to reduce downtime and increase efficiencies. We believe that with Bryan on board, we can truly engage with our fleet customers and offer fully customizable solutions.”
– Al Anderson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Peterson Manufacturing
