Luke Morrill (Left) – Manufacturing Engineer Manager
Luke Morrill has been promoted to Manufacturing Engineering Manager, reporting directly to Jim Rash, Executive VP of Operations. Luke has worked at Peterson for almost 5 years in our Manufacturing Engineering department and has gained valuable first-hand knowledge of our policies, processes, and product lines during that time. Luke’s understanding of Manufacturing Engineering and the impact it has on daily manufacturing processes, along with his ability to work with all departments within the company, will serve him well in his new role and as he continues to support our continued business growth and profitability.
Dale Sass (Right) – V.P. of Vector
Dale Sass has been promoted to VP of Vector, reporting directly to David Armacost, President-CEO. Dale has worked at Vector for almost 28 ½ years. Dale has been instrumental in the success of Vector since its opening and has taken on managing the automation group for Peterson since 2017. Dale’s knowledge and invaluable experience with the tooling industry as well as his experience with automation equipment and manufacturing will serve him well in his new role and as he continues to support our continued business growth and profitability.
